"House" Painting

I've been watching this "House" painting project out my kitchen window.  First they had to repair and patch the cracks where the stucco was coming off.  That has taken a good part of the summer.  Now they are painting.  I think it is two girls on paint detail.

 You can see by the different colors of buildings, that they are owned by different entities

 Seems like a big job to be doing with a roller and paint brush,,but that is what they are using.
