Danish Class Again

It was fun to get back to Danish Class after two weeks off.  Mette is so good. We went around and each added a sentence in Danish to a story.  It was a riot because we only use the few basic words we know. I did learn that when you have two nouns to describe something, you just add them together and make one long word.  Kirke historie tour (Church history tour) ends up being kirkehistorietur.

We had zucchini soup and a wonderful strawberry, yogurt, whipped cream, macaroon dessert.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             

  Macaroons are very popular here and are often crushed and used as a base for desserts.
