First Christmas Dinner

The mission was kind enough to invite us to their Christmas dinner at the church.  It was the traditional flæskesteg with boiled potatoes, red cabbage and carmalized potatoes with ris a'lamond and cherry sauce for dessert.  Bro Knudsen cooked it and the rind on the meat was perfect.

  Note the tiny kitchen in the back.  They had to use the Guest House kitchen on the 4th floor.

 This. was only the Copenhagen Zone.  There are 105 missionaries in the mission.  25 of them are sisters, that is 25%!  Reports are  they say do a great job and really push the elders.
