Subway Substitute

Charlotte F. whom I visit teach is getting married Saturday and was packing today.  I went to visit her for a last time and we went for lunch...bagel sandwiches.  I felt like I was in Subway with all the choices.  It was delicious.  We have a bagel sandwich place just across the street.  I will have to check it out.

 Some interesting additions: humus, corn, pineapple, feta cheese.  You can also make it into a salad.
