New Taste

Thursday and Friday we take sandwiches to the temple to eat.  However, we have started following the Danish tradition of open-faced sandwiches or smørbrød.  This is a new favorite:

It is rugbrød with sunflower seeds, spread with butter (that is the smør), topped with rullerpolser and Havarti cheese.  Jim isn't as crazy about seeds in bread, so we are always on the hunt for good white bread also. But Havarti is at the top of both of our lists.
