Frikadeller are a Danish favorite.  They are made with ground pork and beef mixed together, flour, egg, onion and salt and pepper.  I'm sure there are other recipes with different herbs or spices, but this works great for us.  The best part, is that I have made enough to last for 4 or 5 meals.  Just pull them out of the freezer and warm up.  They are great with potatoes, gravy and red cabbage. They also work on the open-faced sandwiches.
