Stake Conference
Copenhagen Stake Conference was this weekend. We were asked to speak in the Saturday night session. I spoke in Danish and have practiced all week. I wrote the speech and the Translation Department was nice enough to translate it into proper Danish. People were kind to say they understood every word.....
Looking out at the audience, I realized I knew most of them and have greeted them as they come to the temple. It was like talking to a group of good friends.
This morning's session was excellent with lots of good speakers, including Suzanne Andersen and Anita Toft who have both had major struggles in their families and Brian Soderquist who has come back to the church after 20 years.
Such interesting "floral" arrangements for the decorations. Perfect for Fall.
