What is Going on?

During a quick ride downtown, I passed Rosenborg Castle and this is what I saw.

  Who doesn't like to see soldiers in formation, But why?

 This pre-school class was also interested.  How cute are all the snowsuits?

Never did find out what was going on, but it was fun to catch the moment.
