For years, Jim and I and our family had a bedtime treat of ice cream. Since we have been here we have discovered something we love even more...a fresh fruit compote with yogurt. They have delicious, thick pour-able yogurt in all sort of flavors. Our recent addition to the apples, pineapple, grapes,banana and clementines has been pomegranate seeds, The combination probably has just as many calories as ice cream, but it feels so healthy.....
