Mushroom Soup
Campbell's Soup has not made it in any serious quantity to Denmark. I hear Sweden has Cream of Chicken but none around here. So I have developed my own Cream of Mushroom which works well in most dishes. The fresh mushrooms here are beautiful and not very expensive and the soup is really very good.
