Definitely Danish

We had our monthly missionary dinner at the Knudsens tonight. He loves to cook and it is always delicious.  This is a traditional soup you can even buy frozen in the market.  Besides leeks, celery and carrots there are small meatballs and dumplings.  It is a good basic soup and anything can be added to it.

For the main meal we had roast and potatoes,which were cooker earlier and kept warm......naturally  under the comforter in the bed,  until ready to be served.
