I don't think I have ever planned food as much as I do here. Monday and Tuesday are normal, Wednesday we eat at 2:30 before we go to the temple and then something when we come home at 10 pm.  Thursday we go at noon so need to take something to eat for dinner and Friday it is all day so we take two somethings. The trick is figuring out something to eat when you come home late at night, hungry.
      It is usually soup, but tonight we had this yummy shrimp and egg salad.  It was something Jim's mother used to make on Sunday nights when the big meal was a noon and people were still around and hungry again.  Just lettuce, small shrimp, hard boiled eggs, and tomatoes moistened with Miracle Whip or mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
