Jutland Traditional Jule Dinner

Flæskesteg  or roast pork with rind and duck seems to be the traditional Christmas dinner.  But at Knudsens he introduced us to the Christmas dinner possibilities in Jutland:  boiled ham, potatoes, carrots and grøne kale in a white sauce to go over the potatoes.  It was delicious, as usual.
