Weekend Catch UP

We are back from our weekend in Jutland and will do a catch up over the next few days.
Saturday we had a busy, busy day.  We had four sessions instead of the regular two on Saturday plus two baptismal sessions and walk-ins. We had groups from Sweden and Flensberg, Germany and  one of the sessions and baptisms was for the Young Single Adults who were celebrating their annual Golden Days. Jim and I were asked to be the speakers for their Saturday morning Devotional.  About 200 attended from 16 countries.  They were very pleased with the turn out and we had about 75 come to the temple.  Here is a good representation as we came out of the temple.

We left immediately for the Aarhus Stake Conference and had a lovely light supper with Elders Boom and Elder Obando, Area Seventies who had come to reorganize the stake presidency.
Pres. Kurt Frederiksen and Lena were pretty relaxed after the Sunday morning session in the Silkeborg Music Center

And lst Counselor Pres.Torban Jensen,  Stake President . Steen Krieberg and Pres.Christian Ravn-Petersen were just getting a taste of the wonderful adventure ahead.

Sunday night we stayed in a lovely little Kro/Hotel in Låsby. Such fun antique decorations.

                                                Loved the Christmas Plates Collection.
